State of Texas ERS Animation Explainer Videos

This is one of two animated explainer videos for the State of Texas – Employee Retirement Service that came out so cute!

A recent example for me as a scriptwriter: translating complicated material into clear, concise (as possible), visual content with a bit of storytelling and visual metaphor woven in.
